Job :
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Learn customer needs and assist in selecting products
- Knowledge of Shopify
- Cross‑sell and up‑sell other products
- Keep clients up to date with the latest products and promotions
- Answer calls and handle customer inquiries
- Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Facilitate the sales process from enquiries to invoicing
- Achieve allocated sales targets
- Process online orders and communicate with drivers for delivery
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking products
- Maintain the shop’s cleanliness and hygiene
- Keep management up to date with customer inquiries, suggestions, or incidents
- 3 years of experience in clothing retail
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Article 18 transferable visa
- Computer retail system knowledge
