Role
Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Accountant based in Hayle. The Management Accountant will manage financial reporting, prepare financial statements, oversee accruals, and contribute to the overall financial planning and strategy of the company. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, reviewing budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing regular financial reports, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization.
- Strong accounting and finance skills, including experience with financial statements and accrual accounting
- Excellent analytical skills to review financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial reporting
- Either achieved, part qualified or working towards professional accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team
