Retail banking expertise and a mutual fund license support Northern Credit Union members from the Kenora branch in this full-time position.
As Member Advisor 2, you report to the Branch Manager and market financial products within defined policies. You attract, maintain, and coach diverse retail member portfolios. Your work identifies lending, investment, and wealth management opportunities while building complete financial relationships through member and business contacts.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Northern Credit Union products and services
- Attract and maintain profitable retail member portfolios
- Coach members across complete financial portfolios
- Identify lending, investment, and wealth management opportunities
- Participate in branch campaigns and promotions
- Post-secondary education or equivalent banking or sales experience
- Three to six years’ progressive retail banking experience
- Experience managing diverse retail banking portfolios
- Existing mutual fund license or completion within six months
- Commitment to continuous learning in role-related areas
