Project Manager (12 month FTC)

Role: 12‑month fixed‑term contract (Maternity/Parental Leave Cover)

As a Project Manager at Oriium, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery across Professional Services engagements and onboarding projects during a period of planned cover. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day project coordination – planning, scheduling and reporting – while working closely with Oriium’s technical teams, partners and third parties to keep projects on track and delivered to a consistently high standard.

You’ll chair PMO and onboarding calls, maintain accurate project documentation and keep systems such as Salesforce and project management tools fully updated. This is a hands‑on role, perfect for someone who thrives on structured delivery, clear processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.

• Proven project management experience, ideally within IT, technology or professional services environments
• APM project management qualification or equivalent
• Confidence using project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent
• Experience coordinating internal teams, customers and third‑party suppliers
• Comfortable chairing project meetings and managing risks, issues and dependencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
• Good general understanding of IT services and technology delivery
• Effective problem‑solving and escalation when required

• Exposure to ISO 27001 or information security frameworks
• Experience with in managed services, onboarding, or professional services delivery
