Roaming Role – Based on Sites in the East Midlands

£13-£14p/h Depending on Experience and Training Required + Overtime Paid at Time and a Half over 40 hours worked – Paid Door to Door

* 5D are working with a leading civils & earthworks contractor who are heavily involved in HS2 and a variety of other blue-chip construction and infrastructure projects and are delighted to be involved in recruiting the next generation of engineers.

Over the last twenty years this business has grown to be one of the UK’s leading principal contractors and have developed a reputation for excellence.

Working on a variety of commercial and infrastructure construction projects, this varied role is focussed on the East Midlands, with projects including distribution centres, roads, rail, and other large scale infrastructure projects.

What the Role Will Involve:

* Undertake photogrammetry surveys with use of UAVs throughout the UK

* Comply and undertake the procedures set-out in the Operations Manual

* Write RAMs for each site

* Liaise with clients to gain flight approval

* Establishing and coordinating Ground Control Points

* Uploading images for processing

* Reviewing processing reports

* Use of the Propeller platform to merge datasets and undertake measurements

What we are Looking in a Candidate:

* A2 C0fC & GVC

* Flyer

* Experience of photogrammetry

* Use of GNSS Surveying equipment would be beneficial, but not essential.

* Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

* A full UK driving licence
