Location:

Heanor, Derbyshire
Pay: £12.21 per hour + enhanced overtime rates

Are you hands-on, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with great earning potential? We re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Heanor.

What you ll do:

• Assemble products using a range of power tools and hand tools
• Work to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Follow safe working practices and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace

THIS WORK INVOLVES WORKING OUTDOORS IN ALL CONDITIONS - PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE APPLYING.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating weekly:

• Week 1: 6:00am 4:30pm
• Week 2: 10:00am 8:30pm

Monday to Friday

Pay & Benefits:
£12.21 per hour
Overtime:

• Time + 1/3 during the week (minimum 10hrs pw for full week)
• Time + 1/2 at weekends

• Long-term, stable role with consistent hours
• Full training provided

About You:

• Experience using power tools or hand tools is beneficial
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work to instruction and meet production targets
• Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
