What you’ll do- Review, amend and renew service contracts including purchase order management
- System data records administration
- Prepare new service contracts and/or quotations
- Promote additional value‑added services provided by the company to build customer contract database
- Good working knowledge and experience of customer contracts database management
- Customer focus attitude, with polite and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Microsoft skills, particularly Excel
