Due to organic growth, we are currently recruiting for a Fabrication Supervisor to join this well-established manufacturing business.

• Lead, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor.
• Promote strong Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Manage schedules to keep production running smoothly.
• Track KPIs, complete daily checks, and drive improvements.
• Communicate key updates, manage absences, and support performance.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and apply Lean/5S practices.

• Qualifications in Welding and Fabricating.
• Previous experience working within similar roles, such as welding supervisor, welding team leaders and senior fabricator welders.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S standards.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office for planning, reporting and operations.

• Monday
  - Thursday (06:00-15:00)
• Friday (06:00-11:00)

• Basic Salary: £39,000
• Early finish on a Friday.
• Overtime paid at premium.
• 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
