Location: RNAS Culdrose, Helston, Cornwall, TR12 7RH

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Support the site management team and ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage appointments and coordinate site access for subcontractors.
• Handle health and safety documentation and provide general administrative support.
• Organise meetings, update records, process mail and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively, multitask in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate strong organisational skills.

• Administrative experience, ideally within facilities, construction or infrastructure settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence, as occasional travel within the Southwest is required.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and strong sense of teamwork.
