• Head up the Healthy Homes Team, leading a team of six surveyors and operatives to deliver high‑quality inspections and remedial works in line with Awaab’s Law.
• Oversee our Stock Condition Survey programme, ensuring accurate asset data and compliance with housing standards.
• Manage major works projects such as roof replacements and component upgrades.
• Provide expert technical advice on building defects, disrepair cases, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless, customer‑focused service.

• RICS Qualified.
• Knowledge and experience of operating Awaab’s Law.
• Relevant and up‑to‑date knowledge of building construction, surveying, and building regulations.
• Housing Health and Safety Rating qualified inspector.
• Proven experience in surveying, asset management, or property maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent knowledge of housing regulations, building safety, and disrepair legislation.
• A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a passion for improving homes and services.
