Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls from clients, engineers and colleagues.
  • Working with our system (IFS) to log, investigate and dispatch engineers.
  • Gain customer purchase orders as required for works/contracts.
  • Other business functions including invoicing, customer quotes, portal management, procurement and part/order management.
What we are looking for
  • Positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Office based minimum 4 days per week.
  • Advanced Microsoft

    Skills:

    Excel, Outlook especially.
  • Willingness to learn and develop personal skills.
