Our young people come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and with different needs - and our workforce reflects that diversity, so that our teams can engage, encourage and inspire our young people to be themselves. The kind of person we're looking for will:

• Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC

• Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs

• Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences

• Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer

• Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative

• Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people

• Be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD

• Have lengthy sector experience and a background in team supervision are all vital

• Be a car driver, as there's some travel involved
