The role involves use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and manual inspection of high precision complex parts. It offers an excellent working environment, training and premium rate overtime.

• Conduct thorough inspections on mechanical components and assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Utilise manual inspection equipment and perform detailed inspections.
• Review and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for compliance with industry standards.
• Operate and programme Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify product conformity.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address inspection findings.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an inspection role.
• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with manual inspection equipment (gauges, micrometres) and basic trigonometry (GD&T).
• Experience with FAIRs.
• CMM operating experience; PC‑DMIS programming experience preferred but can be trained.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
