Are you an experienced Soldering Technician with over 10 years' hands‑on expertise in both Through Hole and SMT soldering? Are you looking to join a well‑established and growing Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) in Hemel Hempstead?

We're currently looking for a highly skilled Soldering Technician to join a dynamic and quality‑driven team. You will play a key role in the production and rework of high‑quality electronic assemblies, supporting a wide range of customers and industries.

• Precision soldering of both Through Hole and SMT components to IPC standards
• Carrying out complex rework, modifications, and repair of PCB assemblies
• Working from assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials
• Ensuring high standards of quality and compliance at all times
• Supporting production and engineering teams with technical expertise

• 10+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing
• Proficient in both SMT and Through Hole soldering & rework
• IPC certified (IPC-A-610 and / or IPC-7711 / 21 highly desirable)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality requirements
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
