Are you a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery? We are currently seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team on a permanent or temporary basis and to start immediately.

As our Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Immunisations and vaccinations (including travel vaccines)
• Cervical cytology (smears)
• Wound care and dressings
• Annual asthma reviews
• Blood glucose monitoring
• B12 injection
• Blood pressure, height & weight
• Blood tests
• Cervical screening (smear)
• Childhood immunisations
• Depo injection
• Diabetic review
• Flu vaccination and general injections
• Carers health checks
• NHS health checks (HCA)
• Leg ulcer appointments
• Removal of sutures / clips
• Pneumococcal injection
• Shingles vaccination
• Spirometry & reversibility
• Travel assessment + vaccines
• Hep A travel booster
• Whooping cough vaccination
• Wound care – initial

NMC‑registered Practice Nurse with recent primary care experience.

Confident in managing long‑term conditions and working independently.

Skilled in using clinical systems (e.g. EMIS Web or SYSTMONE – desirable but not essential).

Compassionate, organised, and a strong team player.
