• First point of contact – serve as an initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, whether through calls or in person visits. Greeting clients, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling financial transactions.
• Administration – manage administrative duties accurately to ensure the smooth operation of the service, providing updates to veterinary staff about patients en route or clients requiring assistance.
• Client Support – be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most, and act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

• Week 1:
  Monday and Wednesday 19:00‑00:00 and Saturday 12:00‑21:00

  Off
