About the role:

Responding promptly to all incoming leads from website forms, phone calls, social media, and email. Qualify leads by identifying key requirements (purpose, size, budget, timeframe). Book showroom appointments or telephone consultations based on client readiness. Follow-up with clients that have visited the showroom. Welcome clients to the showroom and guide them through the available garden room models. Learn and discuss the product.

Guide customers through standard designs and custom options. Create tailored design concepts using our design software. Prepare quotes based on specifications. Update quotes as clients refine their requirements. Appointment & Site Visit Coordination Quotation Follow-up & Pipeline Management Manage new leads Conduct showroom consultations Attend site visits (to accompany another member of staff on site visits).
