Functie-eisenTechnical Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, resolving technical issues via telephone and our ticketing system.Ownership:
Manage the lifecycle of your tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.Collaboration:
Resolve issues independently or collaborate with your "Support Squad" and other specialist teams.Knowledge Management:
Contribute to and maintain our internal knowledge base to empower users and improve team efficiency.Progression:
Proactively develop your skills to move from first-line requests to handling high-level, complex second-line incidents.
Education:
At least a completed Level 4 Vocational Education (MBO
4) in ICT.Experience:
Previous experience working in a Service Desk or IT Support environment.Tooling:
Familiarity with Incident/Service Management systems. Service Now experience is a significant advantage.Problem Solving: A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents.
Soft Skills:
You learn quickly, enjoy building relationships with users, and have excellent communication skills.Ambition:

Must be located within commuting distance of Hengelo.
This position is entirely on-site due to the nature of our secure technical environment.
