Senior Engineer / Developer – ETF Technology Team based in Henley-on-Thames!

Are you passionate about building scalable, cloud-native solutions and driving innovation in financial technology? Join our ETF Technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of ETF platforms at Invesco.

• Design and deliver enhancements to ETF Manager and related components
• Implement new functionality to support ETF product expansion
• Drive automation initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency
• Enhance data integrations and connectivity across internal and external systems
• Manage Dev Ops pipelines and CI / CD processes using Atlassian and AWS tooling
• Collaborate with global teams in an agile environment

• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
• Experience with RESTful APIs and exceptional SQL skills
• Hands‑on expertise in AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, Amazon MQ)
• Familiarity with Amazon RDS (Postgre
  
  SQL) and Snowflake
• AWS certification (Developer – Associate or higher)
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, CI / CD)
• Experience with messaging technologies (Mulesoft, FIX, MQ)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment

• Exposure to Splunk , Cloud Watch , and observability tools
• Understanding of ETFs , trading systems, or asset management
