Senior Engineer / Developer – ETF Technology Team based in Henley-on-Thames!
Are you passionate about building scalable, cloud-native solutions and driving innovation in financial technology? Join our ETF Technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of ETF platforms at Invesco.
Your responsibilities :- Design and deliver enhancements to ETF Manager and related components
- Implement new functionality to support ETF product expansion
- Drive automation initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency
- Enhance data integrations and connectivity across internal and external systems
- Manage Dev Ops pipelines and CI / CD processes using Atlassian and AWS tooling
- Collaborate with global teams in an agile environment
Essential :
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
- Experience with RESTful APIs and exceptional SQL skills
- Hands‑on expertise in AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, Amazon MQ)
- Familiarity with Amazon RDS (Postgre
SQL) and Snowflake - AWS certification (Developer – Associate or higher)
- Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, CI / CD)
- Experience with messaging technologies (Mulesoft, FIX, MQ)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
- Exposure to Splunk , Cloud Watch , and observability tools
- Understanding of ETFs , trading systems, or asset management
