Infrastructure Manager

EBITS LLP is a world leader in providing software and hardware solutions for the aviation refuelling industry. Our systems are deployed in most of the major international airports around the world and our customers include some of the world's largest corporations. We are currently recruiting for a motivated and proactive Infrastructure Manager.

Role Responsibilities: Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for running, maintaining and supporting the Company's infrastructure. This includes:

• Internal company servers
• Networking and communications for the company's departments
• Company data centres and rack systems
• Support, investigation and resolution of any issues with company's systems and phone system providing 24x7 cover
• For the company data centre systems

You will be involved in the day-to-day management and monitoring of services and their supporting infrastructure components. This includes:

• Support, maintenance and forward planning for company networking, servers, and communication equipment located in our multiple data centres
• Support for the company departments' hardware and virtual hardware
• Support investigation and resolution of issues with the company systems or products
• Departmental reporting and documentation of support status
• Management of a small Infrastructure team
• Deploying new products and software versions
• Providing 24x7 cover for the company systems
• All processes must be documented to a high standard
• Providing customer facing reports for all customers on how the company systems have performed to SLA
• Managing, monitoring and improving our ISMS to uphold our ISO
  27001 certification

Required Technical Experience or Understanding:

• CISCO hands on experience or training. (firewalls, switches & routers)
• Windows Server
• TCP/IP network familiarity, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Web Hosting & Microsoft IIS
• SQL Server Administration (backing up databases, running scripts and job scheduling).
• Hyper-V
• Active directory, group policy
• Failover clustering and Replication technologies
• Managing and maintaining Backups
• Powershell & Scripting
• Azure and/or AWS Cloud
• Docker Administration
• Linux
