Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

Cleaning Operative at Excellerate Services (a division of the Excellerate Group).

This role involves all aspects of cleaning at our Bell Street, Henley-on-Thames site. Applicants will use a smartphone to access our Time and Attendance system.

• All‑round cleaning experience.
• Carry out cleaning duties to the highest standard, following specifications and direction.
• General duties include dusting, mopping, toilets, emptying bins.
• Follow and be aware of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect cleaning equipment regularly and request replacements when needed.
• Manage and use materials correctly to avoid waste or misuse.
• Monitor cleaning activities and provide assistance to cleaners when required.
• Work flexibly as part of a team.

• Wednesday – Monday 06:00 – 08:00
