What's involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a high volume, fresh food Pub or Restaurant . You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate the team alongside the Head Chef. The role will involve training and developing the existing team and working with the Head Chef and existing management team to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
