PERMANENT CONTRACT
Join our client based in Hereford as an Operations Coordinator.
Must have experience in a similar role
Duties:- Manage all UK based logistics
- Liaise with UK couriers and manage daily manifests and queries.
- Manage customer complaints and escalations.
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure a smooth operation of shipments
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Strong computer skills
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- £29K - £32K per annum (DOE)
