What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
• Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care

• Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
• A team player who thrives on helping others

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable

Part time working 15 hours per week

• Large house with 7 surgeries
• Computerised using Dentally software
• Receptionist with 58 years, nurses with 20+ years experience
• 7 qualified staff, no trainees
• Treatments:
  Orthodontics including fixed brackets & wires
• 10-minute walk to Hereford Train Station, 2 minutes to Bus Station
• Rotated staff parking, pay car park nearby
• Close to city centre with coffee shops, river walks, lively urban atmosphere
