• Assist with month-end reporting and provide vital support across the finance department.
• Conduct customer credit checks and help negotiate payment terms.
• Secure credit insurance cover and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Load customer orders into Dynamics, raise invoices, and manage daily banking allocations.
• Perform project margin reviews, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, and create reporting solutions.
• Mentor finance apprentices and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

• Desirable: Part-qualified CIMA or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and IT proficiency.
• A confident communicator with great business acumen and a team-first attitude.
