Job Responsibilities- Lead the development of a smart, integrated public transport network.
- Collaborate with bus operators, community transport, and stakeholders.
- Promote public transport within the council and the county.
- Supervise, develop, and support staff while building a strong team.
- Manage projects and partnerships across organizations.
- Experience working with local authorities and elected members.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Skills in partnership and relationship management.
- Experience in raising the profile of public transport.
- Background in working across various service areas.
