Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a smart, integrated public transport network.

• Collaborate with bus operators, community transport, and stakeholders.

• Promote public transport within the council and the county.

• Supervise, develop, and support staff while building a strong team.

• Manage projects and partnerships across organizations.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• Experience working with local authorities and elected members.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Project management expertise.

• Skills in partnership and relationship management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in raising the profile of public transport.

• Background in working across various service areas.
