• Perform maintenance on CNC and manual machinery used in steelwork fabrication.
• Support operations through general maintenance tasks across the plant.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Work under electrical and mechanical permit systems, following approved safe systems of work.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out proactive maintenance as directed by Team Leads and the Fabrication Manager.
• Conduct weekly legionella testing audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to risk assessments and work instructions.
• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance on boiler systems.
• Champion our Zero Harm safety culture in everything you do.

We’re seeking a proactive and safety-conscious individual with a strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background. Experience with CNC machinery and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement are essential.

• Experience using CNC milling to make tooling for production use.
• Experience with overhead crane and plant operation.
• Experience with forklift truck and telehandler operations.
• NVQ Level 3 in electrical system and equipment.
• NVQ Level 3 in mechanical maintenance and installation.
• 18th edition wiring regulations.
• ESSW and MSSW awareness training.
• PAT qualification.
• Asbestos awareness and fire marshall training.
• First aid at work certification.
