Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding store targets and delivering a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs and reflects the Joules brand. You will work as part of a team and maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house. You are passionate about doing things better and realising your retail potential.
