Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7:00am - 10:00pm

Notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour

Part‑time – 16, 20 or 30 hours per week

As a Customer Advisor at Checkouts, you will become an expert adviser, guiding customers through every home improvement project. You will handle sales, click & collect, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great. Training will be provided in various areas, but exceptional customer service remains your main focus.

• Assist customers with product selection and advice.
• Process sales and use the checkout system accurately.
• Manage click & collect orders and ensure timely pick‑ups.
• Set up and refresh in‑store displays.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Support teammates and collaborate on store objectives.

• Friendly and outgoing with a passion for home improvement.
• Eager to learn new technology and work methods.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility for a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
