Retail Security Officer

Pay Information

• £12.60 per hour
• Various shifts – to be discussed at interview

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service
• Deter violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with police and crime partnerships to foster a strong relationship supporting crime reduction
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to enhance safety for colleagues and customers

• Current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training can be provided in some circumstances)
• Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history; failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or termination
