Building Services Manager - Healthcare Project (Herne Bay)

We're looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a major healthcare development in the Herne Bay area. This is a significant scheme with a strong technical and compliance focus, so we're ideally seeking someone who has previous experience delivering projects in hospital or healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing all mechanical and electrical building services from design through to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget.
• Managing quality, safety, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare projects.
• Working closely with project and site teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong background in M&E/building services management on large-scale projects.
• Previous healthcare or hospital project experience highly desirable.
• Ability to lead services packages and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
