• Consistently meet KPIs aligned with business needs.
• Conduct phone calls with sellers and buyers to manage the Anti‑Money Laundering process and build rapport.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to streamline client onboarding.
• Upsell or cross‑sell services as appropriate to client requirements.
• Manage all aspects of the onboarding process.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Dedicated to delivering a first‑class customer experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent at juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
