Role Overview

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site, providing essential driving and logistical support to ensure materials, equipment and personnel are transported safely and efficiently. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Person Specification

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to pass an Advanced DBS check (mandatory for work on RAF sites).
• Previous experience in a driving or general operative role is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong awareness of safety and site protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a secure, structured environment with strict procedures.
• Fit and capable of manual handling and routine physical tasks.
