A leading contracting firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to manage and lead their Preconstruction team. The role involves co-ordinating strategies to secure projects and ensuring all aspects of the projects are fully co-ordinated. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in similar projects within the Commercial and Bespoke Residential sectors, excellent leadership skills, and a stable career background.
A salary of up to £85k is offered, dependent on experience.
