Site Agent / Senior Site Agent - Major Water Projects (Potential for Outside IR35)

Farnham - £400-£425 per day - Six Month Rolling Contract

I’m supporting a Tier 1 contractor delivering two significant AMP8 wastewater treatment projects, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Agent or Senior Site Agent to take the lead on‑site.

These schemes are currently in ECI / pre‑construction, with main works kicking off soon so this is a great opportunity to shape delivery from the outset. You’ll act as the on‑site lead, managing enabling works, welfare setup, and day‑to‑day operations through to completion.

• Leading site activities across civils, mechanical and electrical (MEICA) packages
• Managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Driving HSEQ performance and maintaining all statutory documentation
• Managing the Construction Phase Plan & Environmental Plan
• Running inductions, ensuring paperwork is always up to date
• Liaising with clients, internal teams and the supply chain to keep the programme on track
• Ensuring safe operations around live services

• Proven Site Agent / Senior Site Agent experience on water/wastewater projects
• Strong understanding of Tier 1 processes & paperwork
• Confident managing multiple subcontractors and disciplines
• Knowledge of civils reinstatement
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid; TWC/TWS preferred
