Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Ware, Hertfordshire
£35,000 - £40,000 + package

We are an established and growing Building Services / Facilities Management contractor seeking a Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team across mechanical and electrical projects and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control, valuations, and financial reporting

• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and final accounts

• Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

• Help assess variations and change control

• Support commercial management of FM reactive and planned works

• Maintain accurate commercial records and attend site meetings

Requirements

• Strong numerical skills and good knowledge of Excel

• Interest in M&E / Building Services / FM

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

• UK driving licence (preferred)

Desirable

• Exposure to M&E or Facilities Management

• Basic knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
