I'm working with a PCN client in Hertfordshire who is looking for an independent prescribing pharmacist to join them. Here are the key details:

* 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)

* Pay rate: £40.00 - £45.00 per hour

* Duration: 6 months ongoing

* Start date:

ASAP

Essential requirements:

* Independent prescribing qualification

* Previous primary care experience

* Knowledge of System One

* Experience of medication and AF review
