We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions that support data-driven decision making across the organisation. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights and ensure robust, compliant BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deliver Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions, including data gathering, modelling, visualisation, and user testing.
• Create and manage data transformations and dataflows, using both standard and advanced techniques.
• Apply a range of tools and technologies such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Data Factory, Power Shell, Python, M scripting, Qlik View, Tableau, and others as required.
• Ensure all reporting solutions comply with data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Take ownership of troubleshooting data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Support business-wide reporting requirements by working closely with key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance trends and provide analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Manage the publishing, scheduling, and administration of datasets and reports within the Power BI Service.
• Conduct data quality audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of all reporting outputs.

• BI or Data Analytics certifications, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and visualisation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data cleansing and modelling.
• Experience working with Azure / Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, Data Lake, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops and Agile delivery methods (Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD, Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with other BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
• Understanding of testing, quality assurance, and production release processes.
