Employment Lawyer - 5 years PQE

About the RoleYou’ll develop a mixed caseload of transactional non-contentious and contentious employment work working alongside colleagues across multiple office locations. Your responsibilities will include :
Strategic & Advisory Work- Providing comprehensive HR advice and support to employer clients
- Drafting service agreements, contracts of employment, staff handbooks and policies
- Advising on employee terminations, redundancies, restructuring and settlement agreements
- Managing disciplinary procedures and internal investigations
- Advising on TUPE matters and boardroom disputes
- Representing clients in employment tribunal and court proceedings (unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination claims)
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and TUPE advice
- Delivering training seminars and legal updates
- Demonstrating strong business development and marketing skills
- Contributing to the firm's social media and thought leadership initiatives
- Building and growing client relationships
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor CILEX or FILEX member with :
Essential Experience & Skills- 5 years post-qualification experience in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law with proven ability to deliver profitable work
- Excellent client care skills and commitment to service excellence
- Proven track record of developing and growing client relationships
- Experience acting for employers on a wide range of matters
- Dedicated to providing excellent client service
- Team player with a can-do attitude who goes the extra mile
- Strong judgement maturity and risk awareness
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in promoting the firm's reputation
- Pride in your work and commitment to excellence
- Salary : (depending on experience)
