Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire

Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a passion for technology and improving healthcare environments? Were hiring a skilled engineer to install and maintain nurse call systems across hospitals and care homes in the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire areas.

You will play a vital role in ensuring essential nurse call systems are fully operational, supporting healthcare teams in delivering high-quality care. This is a field-based position that combines hands‑on work, technical problem-solving, and excellent customer service.

• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of nurse call systems at client sites
• Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and effectively
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Providing technical support and basic training to staff on‑site
• Keeping accurate records and reporting repeat issues
• Participating in an on‑call overnight support rota

• Minimum 3 years experience in a field‑based engineering role
• Qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or software‑related discipline
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Flexibility to travel across regions and stay overnight when required

• Company van, tools, laptop, mobile phone, uniform, and expense card provided
