You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and established agency, taking ownership of the planning, delivery and management of a mix of client projects—working with fantastic brands along the way. For the right person, we’re happy to consider fully remote applications.

• Take full responsibility for assigned projects
• Oversee all aspects of delivery, including resourcing
• Deliver on time, on budget and to agreed specifications
• Provide proactive weekly reporting and highlight risks early

• Provide accurate, timely reporting to support informed client decisions
• Follow through on every commitment we make as a business

• Ensure smooth project set‑up and upkeep
• Lead early Health & Safety planning
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient delivery
• Drive clear briefing, review processes and project planning
• Lead inclusive project kick‑off sessions
• Manage logistics, onsite delivery and team responsibilities
• Oversee client property management
• Prepare, review and sign‑off Event Safety Plans
• Work with our Head of Production to agree purchasing strategy
• Raise POs and manage supplier contracting

• Keep projects updated in Procim
• Complete timely invoicing and regular time audits
• Deliver accurate reconciliations for every project

Complete a professional wrap‑up including:

• Non‑conformity reports
• Debrief sessions (internal and external)
• Client and supplier surveys
• Support new business bids
• Contribute to proposal development and pitch presentations
