A reputable Main Contractor based in East London has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.

The company specialises in the delivery of top-quality projects across London and the Home Counties for both private and public sector clients, on a range of projects. They work in the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Social Housing, and Retail sectors, carrying out new build, refurbishment, fit-out, restoration, and maintenance projects, between £50,000 to £5m in value.

As a business, they are very client-focused and provide sustainable and value for money projects, delivered through effective planning and communication, and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with their clients.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of a project in Bishops Stortford that comprises 6 new build private houses, from groundwork’s through to completion. The value of the project is circa £2m, and will last for approximately 10 months.

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience delivering similar projects (i.e., 6 new build private houses / £2m in value)
• Ideally also have experience working on a range of different projects across multiple sectors
• Excellent manager of people and able to get the best out of site teams
• Able to commute to Bishops Stortford and happy working across London and the Home Counties long-term
