Soldering Technician

Position: Soldering Technician (Permanent)
Location: East Hertfordshire

Are you an experienced Soldering Technician with hands‑on expertise in both Through Hole and SMT soldering? Are you looking to join a well‑established and growing Electronics Manufacturer in the Stevenage Area

We're currently looking for a highly skilled Soldering Technician to join a dynamic and quality‑driven team. You will play a key role in the production and rework of high‑quality electronic assemblies, supporting a wide range of customers and industries.

The Role

* Precision soldering of both Through Hole and SMT components to IPC standards

* Carrying out complex rework, modifications, and repair of PCB assemblies

* Working from assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials

* Ensuring high standards of quality and compliance at all times

* Supporting production and engineering teams with technical expertise
About You

* experience in electronics manufacturing

* Proficient in both SMT and Through Hole soldering & rework

* IPC experience

* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality requirements

* Able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

* Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
