Vet Surgeon Vacancy - Part Time Hours - HERTFORD (to £63K FTE)

We have a rarely available opportunity for a Part Time Vet Surgeon to join the team at a small animal veterinary practice in Hertford area, Hertfordshire. The role is part time (minimum 25 hours a week) including some Saturdays on a rota and no OOH. The practice is established, growing, purpose‑built, and very well equipped. The caseload is a varied mix of surgical and medical cases with a loyal local client base.

• Good experience – able to manage a variety of caseloads with confidence.
• Confident working some sole charge.

• Paid RCVS, BVA membership and VDS fees.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Good medical and surgical skills.
• Confident working some sole charge.

• Salary to £63,000.00 per annum FTE (subject to experience).
