Head Chef
Location:
Hertford, England, United Kingdom.
Salary: £40,000 plus live‑in accommodation (shared property, 10‑minute walk with parking). Bonus: around £200 per month (quarterly and annual).
What you will be doing- Lead a close‑knit team of around nine chefs, including one or two Sous‑Chefs.
- Create fresh, seasonal menus that change four times a year.
- Manage daily operations and maintain high kitchen standards.
- Work closely with the support team based nearby.
- Drive consistency and creativity across all dishes.
- Live‑in accommodation (shared property, 10‑minute walk, with parking).
- Quarterly and annual bonuses (around £200 per month).
- Uniform provided.
- Strong support from Head Office just down the road.
Breakfast is handled by a dedicated Breakfast Chef, giving you time to focus on menu development and leading service.
