Trainee Delegate Sales Representative

Based in the Hertford area - This is a fully office-based role.

IMMEDIATE START!

Basic starting salary is between 26,000 up to 28,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, onsite gym and excellent career progression and ongoing training.

This is an entry level sales opportunity for highly motivated dynamic individuals who are looking to start their career working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.

As a Trainee Delegate Sales Representative, you will be highly motivated, driven individual with a genuine interest and a passion for technology. Any experience of working in a sales environment is advantageous, but not essential.

As a Trainee Delegate Sales Representative, you will need effective clear communication skills both over the phone and via email. Your main duties include making outbound sales calls to build relationships with potential clients, generating interest, researching via various methods to create a pipeline to secure new business opportunities.

In B2B sales, it is important to have a strong desire to learn, be receptive to guidance, stay self-driven and results-oriented, and keep a positive outlook.

Candidate Skills & Requirements

  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building a rapport with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new sales tools.
  • You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion to build a career in B2B sales.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to convert leads into qualified registrations.
  • Willingness to be part of a passionate successful team.
