Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Type: Temp to Perm

My client is a busy and growing Marketing Communications company based in Hertford, working across print, digital, and display campaigns for well-known brands. They are now seeking a Fulfilment Operative to join their warehouse and production team.

As a Fulfilment Operative
, you will be at the heart of the production and dispatch process. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, preparing mailings, handling stock, and supporting the warehouse team with daily operations. This hands‑on role also involves basic finishing tasks such as book binding and packing promotional materials.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Fulfilment Operative looking to develop their skills in warehouse and production support.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Support dispatch and mailing distributions
• Assist with stock control and maintain organised work areas
• Perform basic finishing tasks, such as binding and packing promotional materials
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Follow health and safety procedures and company standards

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfilment, mailing, or dispatch operations preferred
• Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks as required
• Strong team player with good communication skills

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour
