An exciting job opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive has arisen to join a global manufacturer of healthcare packaging products in East Yorkshire. The business has seen good growth in the last couple of years with markets including pharma, lifestyle and controlled substances with clients around the world.

They are now hiring for a Senior Marketing Executive to support their growth who will lead their marketing function as well as complete very hands on marketing responsibilities.

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will report to Sales and Marketing Director and be responsible for:

· Deliver and maintain a marketing activity calendar aligned to commercial objectives.

· Coordinate tactical marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, thought leadership).

· Support lead generation activity through content creation, campaign delivery and analysis.

· Act as guardian for the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all assets.

· Manage external agencies, freelancers, and contractors to deliver agreed outcomes.

· Maintain and update website content and digital channels.

· Collaborate with Sales & NPD teams to support product launches and promotions.

· Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to management.

· Provide marketing support for internal communications and the companies culture initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (UK GDPR, MHRA, advertising guidelines).

To be the successful Senior Marketing Executive, you must have;

* Proven experience in a Marketing position, either in a senior role or ready to take the step up

* Managing Digital and Social Campaigns experience

* Experience reporting on campaigns, social media & website

* Creative thinking to come up with new ideas to align with strategic goals

* Always up for a challenge and high energy

* Experience being involved in events & exhibitions would be advantageous

* Management experience would be advantageous but not essential

* A B2B to B2C marketing environment would be advantageous but not essential

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
