What You'll Do- Develop key skills and competencies whilst undertaking placements in various departments within the Commercial teams.
- Achieving high standards in all coursework.
- Working with the team to develop competencies in our systems and processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of all quality and departmental procedures.
- Working on a range of projects making improvements for the business & our customers.
- Communicating with external customers to develop knowledge of the company.
- Joining internal & customer meetings to gain an awareness of business functions and the UK customer base.
For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self‑motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following:
- Good standard of education, minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including maths and English.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
